There are four trend lines to understand in the graphs below:

• "For Sale" (light green bar) - this is a snapshot of active listings as of the end of the reported month. 
• "Sold" (dark green bar) - the number of listed properties that closed in the reported month.
• "Pended" (red line) - the number of listed properties that received and accepted an offer that is set to close in a period beyond the reported month.
• "New Listing" (blue line) - the number of properties that were listed on market in the reported month.
